All ATV tours include an ATV, a tour guide(s), helmets, gloves(during the winter), goggles, water, and snacks.
Arizona ATV Adventures offers guided ATV tours and self-guided RZR rentals. The flagship West Sedona Canyon ATV Tour is a 4-hour guided experience starting at $209 for single riders and $259 for double riders, while RZR rentals range from $99 for 2 hours to $149+ for half-day or full-day self-guided adventures. All experiences depart from 3075 Arizona 89A in Sedona.
The West Sedona Canyon ATV Tour costs $209 for a single-rider ATV and $259 for a double-rider (tandem) ATV. The 4-hour tour includes approximately 3 hours of trail riding covering 30 miles, plus a professional guide, helmets, goggles, water, snacks, and transportation from the office to the trailhead. A $500 refundable security deposit per vehicle is required.
Drivers must be at least 15½ years old with a valid learner’s permit or driver’s license. Drivers under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the tour, and all drivers must pass a skills test before hitting the trails. Passengers must be at least 5 years old or weigh a minimum of 50 pounds.
No prior ATV experience is required. All tours begin with an instructional session and demonstration, and drivers must pass a skills test before departing. The ATVs feature fully automatic transmissions with no manual shifting, and guides adjust the pace and route to match your group’s skill level.
ATV tours are guided 4-hour experiences where you ride on the vehicle with handlebar controls, while RZR rentals are self-guided adventures where you ride inside a side-by-side vehicle with a steering wheel, seatbelts, and roll cage. ATV tours include a professional guide and are available for drivers 15½+ with a learner’s permit, while RZR rentals require the primary driver to be 21+ with a valid license.
